§ MR. ASQUITHThe matter is still under consideration by a Departmental Committee, but I hope to receive their report almost immediately and to be able to make a statement on the subject at an early date.
§ MR. AUSTEN CHAMBERLAIN (Worcestershire, E.)May I ask if the statement which the Chancellor of the Exchequer has promised with regard to the flotation of Irish Land Stock will be made under circumstances which will enable a discussion to take place on it if required.
