HC Deb 21 December 1908 vol 198 c2367
MR. WILLIAM ABRAHAM (Cork County, N.E.)

To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether the Estates Commissioners have considered the Report of their inspector upon the case of Thomas Kent, of Ballinamona, an evicted tenant on the Kingston estate, Mitchelstown, and whose farm is in the landlord's possession; and whether steps are being taken to bring about the reinstatement of the evicted tenant in his old holding.

(Answered by Mr. Birrell.) The Estates Commissioners inform me that the papers in this case are with their inspector for consideration in connection with the distribution of untenanted land on the estate.
