§ MR. FLAVINTo ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he can say when Edmond Dillane, an evicted tenant on the estate of Captain R. R. Chute, North Kerry, will 2244 be reinstated in his evicted farm or one equivalent to it.
(Answered by Mr. Birrell.) The Estates Commissioners have decided to take no action in this case. The farm in question is at present in the occupation of Edmond Dillane's brother.
