MAJOR ANSTRUTHER-GRAY (St. Andrews Burghs)

To ask the hon. Member for South Somerset, as representing the President of the Board of Agriculture, whether it is the intention of the Government to take any further steps to encourage the breeding of horses in Great Britain and Ireland; and, if so, what.
