§ MR. LONSDALEI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether any proceedings have yet been instituted against proprietors of newspapers who have disregarded the warning against publishing intimidatory resolutions passed by branches of the United Irish League.
§ MR. BIRRELLProceedings have been instituted against the proprietor of the Longford Leader in respect of the publication of certain resolutions in that newspaper.
