§ SIR EDWARD GREYAt the end of October the question was under consideration, and Commissioners were to be appointed to inquire into the matter, the delay being due to the fact that the factories were only then beginning the season's work.' As soon as the question has been studied by the Egyptian Government, Sir Eldon Gorst will submit a Report on the subject.
