BELLAIRSI beg to ask the First Lord of the Admiralty what is the total sum provided in the latest published Navy Estimates of Great Britain, Germany, and the United States for the material up-keep of their fleets, so as to include the sum total of the money to be expended on shipbuilding, repairs, and armaments, and stating in each case the years for which the figures are given.
