HC Deb 17 December 1908 vol 198 cc2092-3
MR. BOLAND (Kerry, S.)

To ask the Vice-President of the Department of Agriculture (Ireland) whether his attention has been called to the damage caused to the Atlantic cables by the fishing operations carried on by trawlers off the coast of Kerry, near Ballinskelligs; and whether he will consult with the Postmaster-General as to the best methods of protecting these cables.

(Answered by Mr. Sydney Buxton.) I will answer this Question, and I would refer the hon. Member to the reply which I have given to the starred Question which he has addressed to me to-day on the subject.
