GINNELLI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if he will state the names of the evicted tenants, including representatives of deceased evicted tenants, in Westmeath who have not yet been reinstated though their evicted farms are untenanted, and the length of time each of those families has been evicted.

§ MR. BIRRELLAnd which added that the Estates Commissioners were satisfied that it would be most undesirable to publish the names of those tenants who had failed to satisfy them as to the justice of their claims.
