DUNDAS WHITE (Dumbartonshire)I beg to ask the Secretary for Scotland whether the circular of the Local Government Board recently issued to local authorities in England and Wales with reference to motor traffic and the speed-limit has any application to Scotland; and whether the issue of that circular, or of a similar one, to the local authorities in Scotland is under consideration.
