NANNETTII beg to ask the Postmaster-General if he will state the number of entrants to the class of sorting clerk and telegraphist at Dublin within the past two years; the number of such entrants who have entered other than by open competition; the number of learners now fully qualified there and awaiting appointments, and the likelihood of appointments for such qualified learners; will he state on an average how many extra sorting clerks and telegraphists would have been required daily for the past three months if auxiliary labour had not been employed; and how many learners have been employed on full duty for the same period.
