CATHCART WASONI beg to ask the Postmaster-General if he can now state, in view of the sympathetic 1264 attitude of the Board of Trade, the Congested Districts Board (Scotland), and the Northern Lighthouse Commissioners, the willingness of the people to help as far as they can, and the isolation of so many people, if he will put the island of North Ronaldshay in communication with the outside world.
