§ MR. SYDNEY BUXTONAdvantage has been taken of the presence in England of Mr. Lemieux (the Postmaster-General of Canada) to discuss the question of Atlantic Cable Rates. We have arranged that representatives of the British and Canadian Governments should meet here in the spring to consider the subject.
