§ COLONEL SEELYThe constitution of the full Committee of Inquiry is now under consideration. The Secretary of State hopes to find a chairman who will command general confidence, and it is probable that another gentleman who has experience in Southern Nigeria, and who is at present in England, will be asked to serve with the members already in the Colony.
