§ MR. COURTHOPETo ask the Secretary of State for War whether official experiments have been, or will be, carried out with Mr. F. Martin Hale's patent rifle-propelled shrapnel grenade; and whether the advisers or the War Office consider this or similar projectiles to possess military value.
