§ MR JOHN ROCHEI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he is aware that seven or eight evicted farms upon the Clanricarde estate were held by a man named Flower; whether he has any official information showing that Flower left over two years ago without paying rent due, and that the lands have since been derelict; and will he say what steps, if any, the Commissioners have taken to acquire those lands under the Evicted Tenants Act.
