§ MR. WALTER ROCHI beg to ask the hon. Member for South Somerset, as representing the President of the Board of Agriculture, whether his attention has been called to the successful working of Post Office cheques in Austria-Hungary; and whether, seeing that the same system might be of great assistance in agricultural and rural districts, the Board of Agriculture will confer with the Postmaster-General with a view to introducing the same system in this country.
