I beg to ask the Prime Minister on what day he will give the House an opportunity of considering the Lords' Amendments to the Land Values (Scotland) Bill.

My hon. friend is no doubt aware that the Lords' Amendments to the Land Values (Scotland) Bill were such as to render it impossible for the Government to proceed with the measure.
