§ MR. AINSWORTHIs the right hon. Gentleman aware that unless the difficulty that has arisen in Scotland is dealt with before March there will be trouble in the way of renting farms next year?
§ MR. SINCLAIRYes, and the Government are anxious to come to a decision as soon as possible.
