RICHARDS (Wolverhampton, W.)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for War whether he is aware that, in connection with a pension scheme for foremen at the Weedon Ordnance Factory there is a rule that any foreman participating in the scheme must cease to be a member of any trade society; and whether he will make inquiry into the matter, with a view to stopping the imposition of this disability on trade unionists in Government employ.
