MURPHYI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether the Estates Commissioners are aware that in the cases of evicted tenants on the Kenmare estate, County Kerry, whose farms have been grabbed, the landlord refused to sell to the grabbers so that the Commissioners should have the power to secure the reinstatement of the evicted tenants; and whether the Estates Commissioners have taken, or propose to take, any steps to effect the result indicated.
