§ MR. CROOKS (Woolwich)To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he will inquire of the Woolwich police as to the working 1624 of the privilege cab system at the Arsenal Station; whether it would be in the interest of the travelling public to declare the station an open one; and whether friction is caused by the privileged cabmen taking the outside stands in. addition to the privilege stand.
