It is absolutely necessary that this nursery should be made in order to provide the shrubs which are required for the Royal Parks. When the initial work is completed I do not think it will be found that the amenities of the houses surrounding the park will be affected.
§ MR. WATTWill the right hon. Gentleman say whether the occupiers 1467 of these private residences in the park pay rates towards the upkeep of the park?
