§ MR. GINNELLTo ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if he will furnish a list of the bona fide evicted tenants (including representatives of deceased evicted tenants) in Westmeath whose claims are recognised by the Estates Commissioners as valid, but who have not yet been reinstated, showing, in connection with each, the date of eviction, name of the estate from which evicted, whether the evicted farm is now tenanted or not, the reason why not yet reinstated, the purpose of the Commissioners regarding the case, and when they expect to be able to carry out their purpose.
(Answered by Mr. Birrell.) For the reasons which are fully stated in my reply to a Question asked by the hon. Member for North Armagh on the 8th July, 1907, I am not prepared to furnish the list in question.
