§ MR. KEARLEYThe Committee will be composed as follows:—My right hon. friend the Member for Southwark (Chairman); my hon. friend the Member for Stockport; Mr. T. Hall Hall, Assistant-Registrar of Friendly Societies; Mr. Duncan C. Frazer, Actuary to the Royal Insurance Company; Mr. G. S. Fry, of the Finance Department of the Board of Trade; and a member (not yet selected) representing the interests of the railway companies.
