§ MR. NIELDTo ask the Secretary to the Admiralty whether, in the opinion of the Board of Admiralty, any coastguard station, other than detachments, can be considered efficient which has less than four men constituting its crew, having regard to emergencies and services arising from storm and wrecks which the coastguard are called upon to undertake.
