O'SHEE (Waterford, W.)To ask Mr. Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he is aware that the Dungarvan Urban Council has passed a resolution objecting to the heavy burden imposed on Ireland by the extra duty on sugar, which presses severely on the poor; and whether he will consider the remission of the same favourably.
