, in moving that the House do now adjourn to 27th April, said that the first business after the recess would be the Second Reading of the Licensing Bill.

The Motion of the right hon. Gentleman is a little previous. As the House is aware, we are in expectation of a message to attend a Royal Commission in the House of Peers. On my return I will call on the right hon. Gentleman.
