ASHLEYI beg to ask the Secretary of State for War how many men are required at the present time to bring the Regular Army up to establishment; and whether, when the strength as been brought up to establishment, it is his intention to raise the establishment of infantry battalions at home and on the British establishment abroad from 720 to 800 rank and file.
