SIR CHARLES DILKE (Gloucestershire, Forest of Dean)

To ask the Under-Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he can give the House any information as to recent negotiations be- tween the Government of Natal and that of the Argentine Republic, in which Natal is stated to have offered preferential terms to Argentina in wheat and meat.
