§ MR. MORLEYThe movable columns on the North West frontier of India are all ready to march at a moment's notice. The staff and various units are detailed and schemes exist for the immediate mobilisation of the columns when required. The additional supplies, etc., necessary to enable them to keep the field are so located as to be obtainable at short notice.
