O'SHAUGHNESSY (Limerick, W.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if he can say what steps the Estates Commissioners are taking to reinstate Robert and Jeremiah Dunworth in the farm from which they were evicted at Garryfine, in the County of Limerick, on the Harkness estate.
§ MR. BIRRELLThe Estates Commissioners are unable to reinstate the applicants in their former holding which is in the occupation of a tenant, but their case has been referred to an inspector with the object of providing them with another holding if possible.
