§ MR. SHACKLETONI beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department what number of towns in Lancashire and Cheshire have agreed to allow police to assist in the checking of time cribbing, and which are the towns that have so agreed.
§ MR. GLADSTONEFour local authorities have now agreed to allow the police to assist in the checking of time cribbing, namely, Oldham, Accrington, Rochdale, and Hyde. I am in hopes that one or two others will also give their consent.
