COURTHOPE (Sussex, Rye)I beg to ask the Secretary to the Admiralty whether he will undertake that no action affecting the officers or men of the Royal Marines shall be taken by the Admiralty until the Report upon the Royal Marines, which is now under consideration, has been laid upon the Table of the House and opportunity has been given for full discussion of such Report.
