§ MR. BRIGGI beg to ask the Postmaster-General if he will inquire into the circumstances which preclude parcels of flowers being sent by post from Switzerland to England, which parcels can be sent to any other European country.
§ MR. SYDNEY BUXTONFlowers can be sent to this country from Switzerland either by letter post or by parcel post. On and after 1st October next they will also be admissible by sample post, provided that they have no saleable value and are not sent for a commercial purpose.
