GEORGE WHITEI beg to ask the Secretary to the Treasury whether he is aware that seventeen licences referred by the Licensing Bench of the city of Norwich to the Inland Revenue, authorities for compensation on 9th August last have not yet been reported upon; and whether he can take steps to expedite the award.
