COURTHOPE (Sussex, Rye)I beg to ask the Secretary to the Admiralty whether the Report upon the Royal Marines, which was referred to by Lord Tweedmouth in his Statement issued with Navy Estimates, 1907–8, in the second paragraph of page 5 of that Statement, is yet completed; and whether he will lay the Report upon the Table of the House.
