§ MR. COURTHOPE (Sussex, Rye)On behalf of the hon. Member for the Blackpool Division of Lancashire, I beg to ask the Secretary of State for War how many appointments have been offered to supernumerary majors who have hitherto served in infantry battalions now disbanded.
