To ask the Prime Minister whether he intends to bring in a Bill to extend the provisions of the Small Landholders (Scotland) Bill, as regards fixity of tenure, compulsory hiring, and a revaluation every seven years, to England in the near future.

Answered by Sir H. Campbell-Bannerman): I would suggest that the hon. and gallant Member should await the introduction of the English Small Holdings Bill.
