MR. O'SHAUGHNESSY (Limerick, W.)

To ask the Secretary of State for War whether he has received a copy of a resolution from the Newcastle West Board of Guardians, in the county of Limerick, protesting against having to support out of the rates Michael Nealon, a retired Army man, who is apparently suffering from a gunshot wound; and whether he intends to relieve the ratepayers of the union of this charge.

(Answered by Mr. Secretary Haldane.) A copy of the resolution has been received, and the case shall be investigated as soon as the necessary particulars are known.
