VINCENT KENNEDY (Cavan, W.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if he will state whether the Estates Commissioners have received the Report from their inspectors on the Morley estate, county Cavan; have the Estates Commissioners made an offer to the owners to purchase; if so, when; and will he say how matters now stand with regard to this estate.
§ MR. BIRRELLThe Estates Commissioners have recently received their inspectors' report in this case, and will consider it as soon as possible with a view to making an offer for the purchase of the estate.
