§ MR. CLOUGH (Yorkshire, W.R., Skipton)I beg to ask the President of the Local Government Board whether he has yet decided, concerning the appeal of the West Riding County Council, to substitute a 3d. for the 2d. limit upon the rate for higher education imposed by the Education Act, 1902; and whether his decision is favourable to the substitution.
§ MR. JOHN BURNSI have received the report of the inspector after the inquiry recently held by him on this subject, and I am in communication with the Board of Education with regard to it.
