To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland, if the sum of £236,000, which it is proposed to grant to the Irish Council annually for expenses, will be in whole or in part saved on the expenses of the department which at present does the work proposed to be delegated to the Irish Council, or will such sum be an additional annual charge on the revenue.
