To ask the Under-Secretary of State for the Colonies if he can state what was the value of manufactures imported into this country from the self-governing Colonies in 1905.

To ask the President of the Board of Trade if he can state what was the value of manufactures imported into this country from British possessions in 1905.

(Answered by Mr. Lloyd-George.) The value of articles wholly or mainly manufactured (including a small quantity of unclassified articles and parcel post) imported into the United Kingdom from the self-governing Colonies in 1905 was £5,250,000, and from all British possessions £16,500,000.
