FLAVINTo ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether an application has been made by William Hennessy, of Listowel, son of Michael Hennessy, who was evicted about twenty-six years ago by G. R. Browne, at Dromerin, Listowel; and whether any action has been taken for his reinstatement.
(Answered by Mr. Birrell.) The Estates Commissioners received the application in question on 19th January last, and referred it to their inspector, whose report has not yet been received.
