HC Deb 13 May 1907 vol 174 c595
MR. HAZLETON (Galway, N.)

To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether the Local Government Board has reconsidered the application of the Glennamaddy Board of Guardians for a grant in relief of the distress in that union; and whether the Board intend to take any action in the matter.

(Answered by Mr. Birrell.) The Local Government Board have fully considered the application referred to, and are satisfied that no destitution exists in the Glennamaddy Union which cannot be provided for under the ordinary law.
