Postponed Proceeding on Motion made on consideration of Question, "That a sum, not exceeding £11,117,751, be granted to His Majesty, to complete the sum necessary to defray the Charge which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the 31st day of March, 1908, for the Salaries and Expenses of the Post Office, including Telegraphs."

Which Motion was, "That Item A be reduced by £100,"—(Mr. Annan Bryce.)—resumed.

Question again proposed, "That Item A be reduced by £100."

And, it being after Eleven of the clock, and objection being taken to further Proceeding, the Chairman left the Chair to make his Report to the House.
