CECIL (Marylebone, E.)I beg to ask the President of the Board of Education whether the Denbighshire local education authority have declined to pay the salary of the master of the Llanelian school; whether, on the appeal of the managers, a public inquiry was 70 held into the matter last October, and what was the report of the inspector; whether the Board have arrived at any decision on the matter; and, if so, what that decision is.
§ MR. MCKENNAI was informed yesterday that the local education authority have agreed to pay the salary of the master at the Llanelian school, and I trust that the differences between the authority and the managers are now settled.
