BRIDGEMAN (Shropshire, Oswestry)I beg to ask the President of the Board of Trade if his attention has been drawn to the continued overcrowding of the Baker Street and Waterloo Railway at certain hours; if he can say how long the trains of six and four cars, which were to have been substituted for three-car trains on 21st March last, were running, and if they have since been discontinued; and whether he will make representations to the company with a view to securing better accommodation.
