FELLI beg to ask the President of the Board of Trade, if a considerable 1065 number of mechanics who were discharged from Woolwich Arsenal have been engaged by a firm of bicycle manufacturers of Dresden, Germany; and, if so, can a copy of their contract of engagement be supplied and can particulars be published in the Labour Gazette of the firms in Germany who are prepared to offer work to unemployed English artisans.
